This is a workout I would like to do every week to slowly get me used to speed again. I started at 8 mph and went up 0.1 every half mile. I will increase the speed, or incline (which is 1.5), or rate of increase. But I think that will get me into shape. I think it is important on the treadmill not to go too fast, so I plan on starting slow, ie today. I felt pretty good today, but it wasn't that fast. I started at 730s and ended at 644s. Not exactly race pace. I used to run on the treadmill starting at 644s, so I feel slow. But I am slow so that makes sense, and if I push too soon I'll get hurt and or giveup. So I'll go slow and get a little better versus go fast and quit.
