Just wanted to run to shake out my legs. Also it was a really nice day out today. Might run tomorrow as well if I still feel tight and sore, but I'm not running a lot. Went probably a ltitle too fast. I wanted to go far today, like cemetery, but my mqp meeting started at 10 and went until 430ish so I had to run in the dark. Also I was and am extremely tired because I got maybe 7 hrs of sleep. For most people that is enough but I need more.
