Felt great today. A whole week of getting up early to leave work early and run. Granted I didn't have a hockey game this week, so it was easier to get up early one of the days. Next week will be the true test. Tomorrow I'm going to try and run a "workout". Nothing too hard. I'm planning on 4 or 5 laps around my block (1.02 miles) taking the first half hard and second half easy. The first half is almost all uphill. I think that will be good. Just need to work out a warmup and cooldown.
