Tried to slow it down after yesterday. Perfect pace. Picked it up a little at the end b/c I saw someone else running. Interestingly I had passed them going the opposite direction of me, so they must have done a loop that converged with mine at the end. That means he must have been running upwards of 7 miles, maybe further if depending where he lives. Just strange to see someone else running that far at a fairly good pace. I usually don't think of myself as competitive, but every time I see someone on the road, I speed up to pass them.
