Easy prep day for the race tomorrow. Ran the same thing I usually run before a race. I'm right on pace to get to my goal mileage this week, high 50s. Ran by myself. I'm surprisingly not sore after lifting yesterday, although I did take it easy. I think the second day of lifting is a lot easier than the first. Tomorrow I get to see my sister, which is nice. I want to break 16 and I think I can do it.
