Had MLK Jr. Day off so go a lot of things done then hit the gym for some XC. Felt excellent on all reps.
Added 20# to upper body on sit-ups, and did random hills intervals on bike:
1) Run 3, 25 s/u, Bike 3, 25 s/u
2) Run 3, 25 s/u, Bike 3, 25 s/u
