Notes
This run was beneficial for a few reasons: (1) Great follow-up run to Doug's Run 10K yesterday (2) My 100 miles a month goal achieved (3) I feel confident for the Big Hit Half Marathon next Sunday! I felt amazing the entire way and took the beautiful, sunny, 45 deg, fall morning in. A quick pace yesterday made this slower one feel easy! 8.22 miles @ 7:21/mi pace.
