Gloomy, damp and a little windy... A perfect morning for a run! Due to the sloppy conditions, I switch my wheels back to the Brooks Ghost and planned on taking it easy.. Did not happen. The PC2 must be making me stronger b/c my pace was awesome! Great way to end a week and gear down for the Mercedes Half in Birmingham next weekend! 5.02 miles @ 7:07/mi pace.
