Well, I thought I reached the end of the Louisville Loop until I looked at the satellite map (they just have not connected). After crossing English Station, the peak is a nasty one, running in either direction. Maybe it was the 23 deg temps, but I had to stop for a second to get my HR down. Good run in frigid temps on Xmas Eve. FIT4LIFE
