Well, I showed up for my Sunday long run, started, and realized I should not have shown up. I think I pulled a muscle in my back golfing Friday... Sleeping is tough in every position and deep breaths cause sharp pains in one spot in my back. I took the run easy, to avoid breathing hard, in this pattern: run 1 mile, bike 3, run 1, bike 3, run 1. I paced at an average of 8:37/mi.
