What an awesome run. In learning to control my pace runs are feeling much better than in recent weeks and my body feels better too! I think the key is starting at a slow pace. That's what I did today. With awesome temps and overcast skies I started slow and built up to a solid average. The run was capped with a cold, light rain the last 1/2 mile. I love it!!! FIT4LIFE
