What a beautiful morning. The first in many weeks with no humidity! Thomas and I took the Louisville Loop from the end of Lee's Lane to Mike Linnig's with the wind at our backs. We looked at the Garmin to see an unbelievable pace for the flat and fast route. Ended up with an average at a 6:55/mi pace for the run. We should have signed up for a half this morning! Great run!
