Wow, what a difference 25 degrees can make. Cause some difficulty creating. Today is beautiful and a little warmer than the norm at 65 deg. Yep pace looked good, but it was tough. Gearing down for race weekend with some tender thighs. 3 miles @ 7:14/mi pace.
