Another treadmill run mixed up with the indoor bike: Bike 2.05 miles, treadmill: 3 miles, bike: 5.1 miles, and mixed in 100 sit-ups. Felt great throughout each challenge. Should be road running the rest of the week. Totals: Running - 3 miles @ 7:22/mi pace, Bike: 7.15 miles @ 21.61mph, and 100 sit-ups.
