Fun day today. Got a scoring 4 out to workout at cricket hill to prepare BBB for evanston xc. Started at John's and got Nate, then met Jordan at the hill. Did basically a 28' progressive tempo looping around the grass and the hill every other time. Started off really easy but the last 7' or so were pretty stout. Fun to be on an XC course again running side by side with someone.
