Good run this morning. Met the long run group at the store and did about 3.5 with them before taking off. Plan was 6 mile PR (6:40-25-10-55-40-25). Pretty close on these except mile 2, but the GPS had me thrown off a bit. I think I'm better at running a pace +-5" per mile without the damn thing than with it. I guess it's nice to have just so I know for sure that I'm running as fast as I feel like I am.
Good workouts at Hamline after. Think we have a 13:4x guy and 3:46-7 guy waiting to pop next weekend.
