4 miles easier, 6 mile progression (roughly 6:20-5:30), 2 mile jog back.

Went a little different route on another bike path today in Lincoln. Actually got on some gravel which I didn't really want to do for the tempo portion but what are ya gonna do. Didn't sweat the paces too much on it, kinda just tried to run it at the right effort. Back tight again today, IT was a little bit better. Progressed well on the way back, had to deal with some wind and gravel surface but last mile was on concrete and in a crosswind and closed well without overexerting. 4x30" very tired on way back.
