Back to the indoor today since we actually got some snow this morning. Plan was 1k tempo warmup, 3x1.5mi increasing each 800 (2:55/45/35), 4x400 at 5k (75), 40" R.
Longer workout but had Brendan and John to run with for a lot of it so that helped a lot. Felt about the same as doing it last time, the final 800 creeps up pretty fast on me but I never felt like I had to dig too deep. I like this workout because I can practice running next to people when I'm starting to hurt, helps with race habits I think. 400s weren't bad after.
