No running the last 2 days because of interview prep and weidner family bike ride yesterday. No big deal though, took it in stride. Got out a bit late today but it was a really nice morning. Went over the presidio and down by the marina for a change and did my workout there. Worked pretty hard on the 4mi tempo to hit those times, mostly because for 1.5 of it was with a huge headwind. The 7 x 2 after just tried to keep it controlled but lots of headwind there too. Tired at the end but good bigger day overall
