Notes

Real track workout day woo. 20 up, then 2x1.5mi (goal was 2:55/45/35 per 800), 2:30 R, 3x200@32, 3x150 fast. Only had time for 7 down.

1.5s felt pretty good. Jumped the gun the first 200m in 39 but then was right on pace for the rest of it pretty much. Last 800 at 2:35 were pretty tough, had to focus but form felt in control for those. For the 2nd one Bren led and that helped keep me engaged big league.

200s and 150s were fun/painful. Felt smoothish for the 200s but was pressing close to pretty hard. Loved putting on the spikes for the 150s and felt pretty good the first one but by the third I had severe lactic lockup. Satisfied with the workout and group today, it was fun to work out together, everyone seemed to feel good and run well, and it worked out that we could run some of the intervals together. Had to get to brunch so cut the c/d short.
