Good workout tonight. Plan was 3/2/1mi shooting for 5:40-30-20, then 4x1' around 5k with 40" R. Warmed up with the group, started with John, then was on my own after about a half mile. It was super windy during the day but luckily it died down before the workout a bit, and wasn't too bad. Felt a bit tired on the 3 miler but got better as I went. 2 mile I went out in 2:39 then eased into a better spot, felt pretty comfortable closing in 5:14. That 2' rest made a big difference compared to a progression run.

4x1' after went well, thought it was the nice little pinch I need to keep cycling in during workouts. Happy with the day, and we even upgraded from Corcoran's with some short rib tacos at Wells on wells after so good night all in all.
