Notes

1 easy, 14mi steady fartlek with 1/2/3/4/5/4/3/2/1' hard every mile on the mile. Overall went pretty well. Forgot how tough of a workout this was, it's a grinder. 4/5/4 was tough with the short rest but the fast segments there went well. Made it from the trough down to 31st st. beach even with an accidental detour around the planetarium. Held a burrito poo in for the whole thing too which is worth another couple seconds per mile IMO
