Notes

Written plan had 15mi steady with 1/2/3/4/4/3/2/1' pickups during each middle mile, recovering until the next mile hit. Goal was 6:00-6:10 on the steady and sub-MP on the pickups, accomplished that easily.

Good rebound day. Went to the lake with Bren/John. Did a short warmup then started John's 15' tempo with him and looped cricket a few times. After that I went north to the end, south to oak street, and back via LP. First time doing a workout like this and I liked it a lot. Mostly a strength day, but it was a good challenge to build up to and hit the 4' times and still recover in the quarter mile in between. Might try this again with a 5' segment in there next time. Groin pretty sore after.
