FF Weds. Decided to modify the planned workout to go with what the race team was doing. Plan was 10x800 around 5:30 and maybe cutting down, with 90" steady recovery.
Didn't feel real good on the warmup and felt kinda rigid and cardboard on the workout. Worked out with John and Kels which was nice to have partners pushing me. Tried to keep the RJ stiff. Looking back on it this wasn't super impressive, but I've had a pretty high workload lately so that might be all it is.
