Went out after practice today on my own. Nice day, sunny and in the 40s, and I planned on doing a 2x20' tempo on RR. Felt pretty garbage from the start, just one of those runs where I was slogging it. Got through 6' of the tempo part but it was slow so I decided to stop and not try and not plan any more 2 workouts in 3 day stretches. Explored the neighborhood by lake and WRR, pretty nice place to live. Did get myself to do 8 tired strides on the way back.
