25 up, 8x75" at 5k effort, 75" jog, 25 down.

Wanted to do an extension of the workout I did before get in gear so I can dabble in some prep for the 5k in a few weeks. Worried this morning because my right IT was noticeably tight walking around the parking ramp. Got some real good foam rolling tips from an email Plaz sent a few months ago and did that when I got in to the office and before going out to run and that seemed to help. I could feel it on the warmup but not really much after that.

Kept the intervals pretty light, just basically was striding for 75 seconds. Didn't worry about paces just ran for time. Seemed to be somewhat consistent, if on the slow side a bit. Tired after the cooldown though.
