Notes

Did a workout with Kyle today. Plan was 14x1k in n outs, with the ins around 5:25 and outs around 6:30. Warmer day made the workout a little challenging, but the outs were much slower than I would usually run on these. Ended up doing an extra fast K with Kyle since it wasn't too tough. Jumped in the lake after.
