FFWOW. Plan was 2x3mi @tempo. Had the idea of doing 5:40-45s for the first three, then 40-30-20 on the next 3 if I could muster it. Didn't feel great, stomach was bugging me for some reason, but it went pretty well. Warmed to belmont with the group then worked out on my own, heading south first. Windy in our face for the first segment, but hit it pretty well still. Made it a lot easier on the way back but even with the wind 5:38/32/20 are splits I'm pretty happy with. One thing I'm not happy with though is my grilled chicken wrap for Corcoran's after, that thing was terrible.
