terrible race.
all was going well with preparation until i got a cold 6 weeks before this race as well sore feel. I started to reevaulate my training, and started doing low heart rate training and bought my new kayanos a week before the race.
i went out too hard thinking i could maybe get a 1:26... ended up blowing up bad... got blisters on my soles at the joints between my foot and my toes. lost motivation with the last 10km and ended up walking 3 times in the last 3km.
retribution will be mine.... 13th october, 2013 - Eindhoven Half Marathon
