7:49 pace. I rededicated myself to running yesterday after tracking my friends and seeing them kick major ass in the Boston Marathon. I then left for an afternoon run. When I came back from my run, everything changed. I had texts, missed phone calls, and notifications telling me of crazy explosions that happened at the marathon. I have quite a few more more thoughts regarding the whole thing, but the point of talking about it here was that I am committed. Committed to running, committed to life, committed to not letting cowards ruin things and take away something that you love. And I am committed to going to Boston in 2014 and supporting that wonderful city and the amazing event that is the Boston Marathon.
