The morning weather couldn't possibly have been better for a run. Out with Ryan Jacobson (shooting for a 3:15 in PEI) and some of the local Mike Simmons running group in Fredericton. An easy paced run for the most part, with 10 sets of "pick ups" in the middle - 30 seconds at close to tempo, ~80%, 30 seconds jogging. Charles M. - you'll be shocked to hear we did the Marysville loop!
This time next Sunday in PEI I plan to run the first 21.1 kilometers at around 1:47 to 1:48, then try to hold that pace as long as I can!
