Did my cross-training last night (biking) as called for. Tonight, schedule calls for 2 miles, 6x45 second hill repeats, ending with two miles. I did 2+ miles, first hill ... then I could tell my stomach was telling me to head to my bathroom at home. I'll get the run in tomorrow instead, which was supposed to be a rest day.
