Ran Killarney Lake while Cam was biking with the Cubs. This is the location where they have the Duncan Hadley triathlon. It was hillier than I expected. I'm sure there were issues with the Garmin inside the woods, although it's possible my pace might have been this slow. Faith Ann ran too, and she was quite certain her pace was also faster than what was showing on her Garmin. Legs still a bit stiff, especially the quads.
