I skipped my run yesterday because I was too tired and/or lazy. So what was going to be one of the toughest weeks of this cycle of marathon training is turning into a cutback week, and I'll race the half on Sunday. I'm ok with it, given that in each of my last 3 weeks I've run 59 miles (95 kms). I got a preview Sunday's weather tonight, with some heavy rain in the last half of the run. The run included 5 intervals of 1200 meters/.75 miles at a faster pace (around 7:25 min/mile).
