route: olentrangy trail @ W woodruff ave, toward north, turn around at 10M, (around 0.5M to the end of the trail?) and ran 5M back south, turn into henderson road toward high street, and run around 2M on high street until I could lift the legs anymore. walk 1.3M back to the car.
