airport to the right... tried to go easy, but just kept speeding up. Lungs felt great, so did my legs. Powered up the hills, worked on a good, stable stride/kick.

Knee(s) felt okay starting out, then no problem. Still icing both knees after each run. Probably just a good idea for an old guy like me. At 35, joints and muscles and connective tissue just doesn't bounce back as fast. Keeping up with the glucosimine/chrondroitin (sp?) 3X per day.
