Hot, super-sweaty morning, residential route (looking for shade!). Easy pace at first, increased pace a bit near the end. Last 10 minutes focused on good form, approx. 8:00 mile pace (i.e., pushing it a bit, but with good form). Quick recovery (breathing-wise), but sweating like a fool! (Walked 2.6 miles with Toni as a warm-up.)
