Long run @ Airport (out and back twice). Good fluids throughout. A little too fast (at one point I did an 8:30 mile and a couple at 9:00 min). The total of 10.5 miles is an estimate... somewhere between 10 and 11. Too much sun. Cold water bath for my legs after.
