Excellent morning run. Parked at the Old Folk's Home at the end of River Pines.
Set out toward the single track (out and back). Picked up some fluids, then set out on River Pines (out and back).
More fluids.
Then I did the single track (out and back) again. Walked another 15 minutes for cool down. Felt like I could run another hour, no problem.
