COMMENTS: Went a little harder this morning. When I hit 1:45 at the bottom of the hill and 7:48 at the mile marker, I felt like this was definitely going to be a contender for a record.
I was really dying coming back - very hard down Thomas. I made it all the way to the bottom of Iuka but then walked about 2 driveways. It was 18:01 at that point so I didn't want to walk for very long, since I knew that sub-20 was possible.
A new world record! and my first sub-20 minute time for this route / distance
