COMMENTS: I'm not sure if it was the time off, or if I was sore from the swimming last night (though I didn't feel sore) but this was much slower than when I ran the course on Monday.
Maybe Monday was just a great performance. I noticed at the approximate mile marker (near the elem. school) I was at like 8:40. Not sure why I was so slow today
