How the hell do people run on treadmills? This morning served to reaffirm my hatred of them. I figured i could get through 5 easy recovery miles but had to stop the torture at 4. I will run in blizzards and 100° days with 100% humidity rather than step on a dreadmill again. Even with TV, it took every once of patience and determination I have to make it through 4 miles. Plus, it just messes up my stride something awful. The pulling of the belt just messes me up. Glad that's over. Never again.
