WTF? why would anyone leave a freakin' rottweiler unleashed and unattended outside? Stopped in my tracks and the dog started running and barking. I turned to cross Lake Ave/Pond Street and the traffic stopped to let me cross and get away from the dog. Aside from that, it was a pleasant early lunch time run to shake out the legs.
