Notes

4x200's smooth. Focused on my sprinting form. 2x1000 at an easy pace. All out 8 was tough. I was good through 550m, then the last 250 was like hitting a wall. The tiredness was expected, and I pushed through with a 2:09. That time sucks, but I'm not dwelling on it. I got out in the first lap the way I wanted, just gotta have that desire to finish. Gotta find that last bit of energy. I can do this. I can hit this time on Saturday. There will be a point where my legs are dead. I must push through this point.

All goals met minus ice bath. I didn't have time / arrived too late.

Goals for tomorrow:

1) 5 servings of Fruits / Veggies

2) Get everything ready for Sat.

3) Finish what I have to finish school-wise.
