Notes

I was running through the workout. My 800s were good, then 2 seconds slow, then 6 seconds slow. My 400s were 2 seconds slow, 1 second slow, money. My 200s were all fast, the last one being 28. I was kind of discouraged seeing a lot of people in front of me when I ran, but I just had to remember to run what I can run - ACE is all I can control. There came that point in the workout where maybe this time last year I would suck, but instead of backing off I just got more motivated (towards the end of the 400s). Learned that I'm running the mile and k3 on Saturday. I know what has to be done. No questions - just get work done. Until then, getting my ducks straight.
