My first 800 was at 2:30, then the next 5 were slower.
6x300 cut-downs starting @ 50
53,54,51,51,51,50. Each was faster (except the first).
Commitment is there, Effort is there, Attitude is not. I want to get faster but so does everyone else. I didn't come with the right attitude to kill the workout today.
