Notes

2 sets of 3x400. Last 400 over hurdles. 64, 67, 72. Then 67, 67, 77. I'm slow. I'm out of shape. But my hip doesn't hurt. I need to keep on stretching and have discipline. This weekend will be a good opportunity to do something.

Did 3 sets of mini-hurdles, and then lifted after.
