Notes

I had a good amount of energy today - much more than yesterday, anyway. I was looking forward to this workout. Got a good amount of sleep, got my mid-morning nap in, got my pre-workout snack and proper hydration. Felt great. Hit my times pretty much in everything. My 800s were: on the dot, 1 second fast, 6 seconds fast. I knew the 300s were still coming up, so I thought it best to be close to the times (rather than running the interval too fast and pushing the pace, which is what I usually do). My 300s were good all the way through. I think one of my 50s was a 51, and in the next set, my 50 was a 49. Everything else was on the dot or a second fast.

Gotta wake up early tomorrow and run 5. Gotta get to bed early tonight. Gotta get going on that hw.
