5:04, 5:11, 5:29. My tempo run. I know I can't just not hit times and show up and hit 10:04.04 but I have no choice. I just gotta man up and hit. I'm just glad my injuries / aches / pains are gone. I get the privilege of running this steeple. I love running at Bellarmine track, too.

-Need one more serving of fruits/veggies to complete my goal for today.-
Got into the training room today and stretched.

-Didn't hit tempo times
-Haven't started bio lab report
Getting work in: lost about 7 pounds this week. I will do all within my power to be in the best shape to compete this Saturday. I am focused. I'm not pumped right now, but that's okay. I need to finish work first anyway.
Goals for tomorrow
1) Eat 5 servings of fruits/veggies
2) Finish Spanish Essay Draft and ask teacher about it on Thursday
3) Get into trainers before noon
