Notes

5 easy on the indoor track. Mini-hurdles. Fly 40s. Hamstring feels good. Lifted this morning and it felt fine. Fly 40s made me feel slow, but I met the goal of finishing everything today and getting in the ice bath. Feel good. Feel ready to break 2.
